Closer to the kind of world I used to live in

Hello!
Now I am starting to feel a little better I have more ability writing.
When I arrived last monday, I was quite exhausted of my journey, but still not that severe in order to see the completely different world I had entered; the U.S.A., California, and Los Angeles!
The culture shock came to me once we (my friend Bill) were in the car, I was pretty much overwhelemd by the tidyness, need infrastructure and all the luxury of course.
But very shortly after, when I slept in through the next day, I felt I could make myself at home immediately as I knew what place I was going to. And this Amarican lifestyle, such a contrast, although I came from south America.
So I am taking my time to recover as much as possible in this adorable climate, which still reaches 24C with an entirely clear sky. Therefore the summer I had back in the far south just came along figuratively. But my stop in Atlanta reminded me that, despite the bright sun, it is winter feeling the cold and hearing it was only 1 or 0 celcius. Isn't it extreem?
Slowly but surely I will be more aware the time of Latin America is over now. It is a rather smooth goodby as I am still not returning home, but I do miss the culture yet. Especially when I reviewed the last couple of PICTURES which all have been UPLOADED by now!
As my trip gets to the end this website will end too in time. Thank you for you comprehension, as reports will only maintain in private.
All the best to you all, and do not forget the new pictures! (www.nathansfotosjohojournal.mijnalbums.nl)

Wim Maas:
Dag Nathan,
