Some clear differences

Hi there..
As I have been in Argentinea week ago, I thought it would be nice to illustrate how Bolivia differs from a bit more developed state.
I stayed for a week in Buenos Aires having a great time with a familiy that I met. The capital city is amazingly modern a mix between Europe and US.
Now, after traveling around for two weeks, I am back in La Paz, working in the project again.
Why Bolivia differs..
-Bus and underground transport was perfectly well organised in Argentine.
-The selling of food on buses privately by strangers is less, ander sellers are not that young.
-Man kiss (1) by greating and saying goodby as well.
-The steak was delicious, which I ate a lot of course.
-All basic roads are paved; have asfalt.
-The Gaucho culture means a more extrovert mentality. Bolivians are really honest but a little shy.
-Time is one hour ahead, although the zone seems equally.
-Poverty is less remarkable as Argentine is more fortunate. But tragic cases of families living in poor circomstances appear for sure, especially in the country side.
-In Buenos Aires only 1% has a coloured skin, up north, closer to the boarder this percentage must be more equal.
-The villages in Argentine didn´t have the sign ´USA AID´ when you enter them. A certain amount I passed through in bolivia did have.
So that was I liked to share with you.
